The SCA Mission
At Springfield Commonwealth Academy (SCA), we pride ourselves on helping to guide our students to be thoughtful leaders and educated citizens who drive change in the world. Academics is a fundamental part of who we are, not just in terms of education but for community building and interpersonal skills as well. We stand by our four main pillars: Leadership, Academics, Athletics, and Resilience (L.A.A.R.). Each of them serves an important purpose in helping our students grow both academically and as people.

Vision
Leadership guidance is a key part in our academic curriculum to help foster an environment that encourages and supports our students. In addition, our wide selection of AP courses provides our students with college-level material to help them compete in their college application process. We also offer athletics which play a vital role in integrating holistically with our special curriculum. At SCA, students are encouraged to develop their resilience while also nurturing their moral compass to be outstanding and compassionate future citizens. Each student is important here, and we are committed to facilitating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive community where every individual is respected for who they are.
